American Rotary has been a wonderful company to do business with and as their name states they are an American company! I am in the process of getting back into machining again but this time in my own shop. I had purchased some machine shop equipment that required 3-phase electrical power which I did not have living out in the country. I had tried an inexpensive digital converter that made my machine motors very hot due to unbalanced power in each of the three output electrical phases. A person I had purchased a milling machine from said that he had an American Rotary 3-phase converter and was very happy with the quality so, I thought I would give them a try. They were very helpful with steering me to the converter that would meet my needs. When I received the unit I noticed the control box had a dent due to the shipping company being too rough with it. I called American Rotary and they sent me another control box immediately. The unit works flawlessly and is very quiet plus my equipment motors do not even get warm. It has been very nice to deal with an honest company that looks out for the best interest of their customers.
